Loose Tube Polyethylene Fiber Optic Cable

Fiber Savvy outdoor dry loose tube cable consists of a polyethylene jacket, water blocking tape, water blocking aramid binders, sub-units and solid polyethylene fillers. Each sub unit consists of 2 to 12 colored bare fiber and two strands of water swellable yarns.

Outdoor loose tube cable is designed for outdoor and limited indoor use for campus backbone requirements. This all dielectric cable construction requires no grounding and a jacket of medium density polyethylene makes the cable rugged and easy to strip during installation.
