15 Year Limited Warranty Information
CRN Solutions Inc. dba Fiber Savvy (“Fiber Savvy”) warrants that all its category-rated (Category 3, Category 5E & Category 6) products will perform in accordance with TIA/EIA-568 standards for fifteen (15) years from the date of original purchase. Fiber Savvy further warrants that its category-rated products will remain free from defects in material and workmanship for (15) years from the date of original purchase.
Fiber Savvy does not cover labor costs associated with the installation of products. The warranty is issued to the original purchaser only, and is not transferable in any way at any time. If any failure to conform to this warranty becomes apparent during the warranty period, purchaser shall promptly notify and return such defective product to Fiber Savvy (F.O.B. Fiber Savvy at 36595 Kevin Road, Wildomar CA 92595) together with proof of purchase to establish such claim after being given an RMA number by Fiber Savvy.
All Fiber Savvy products sold for Resale, unless otherwise stated, come only with a (1) Year Limited Product Warranty.
This warranty does not cover defects or non-compliance in the design, application or installation of the cabling system, which may result from failure to comply with Fiber Savvy's design guidelines and/or improper installation procedures. This warranty shall not apply to any damage of product or failure that is caused by conditions beyond Fiber Savvy's control, including but not limited to, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper installation or application, alteration, unauthorized repair, acts of God, use outside of the United States (if the product is taken out of the United States, all warranties are null and void), or normal wear and tear. This warranty covers the components and the cabling system at the original site of installation only. Any modification to the system without Fiber Savvy's approval voids this warranty. Fiber Savvy shall not be liable for any costs of removal or installation. Fiber Savvy's sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective item at Fiber Savvy's sole discretion.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FIBER SAVVY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS, DELAY, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN NO WAY AFFECTS THE TERMS OF THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY, IF APPLICABLE. IT IS SPECIFICALLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT CONFER ANY THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY RIGHTS AND SHALL EXCLUDE ALL SUCH RIGHTS. EXCEPT AS STATED HEREIN, CUSTOMER AGREES THAT IF THERE IS AN ALLEGED PRODUCT DEFECT, DEFECTIVE LABELING OR OTHERWISE, CUSTOMER SHALL SEEK REDRESS ONLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER OF SUCH PRODUCTS, AND CUSTOMER WAIVES AND RELEASES FIBER SAVVY FROM SUCH CLAIMS. FIBER SAVVY WILL REASONABLY COOPERATE IN THAT REGARD AT BUYER’S COST AND EXPENSE.
Return Policy
A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) will be provided to begin the process of repair, replace or refund of the defective equipment in question. Fiber Savvy will do its best to facilitate item(s) repair when and if covered by our warranty and will replace or refund the item's cost based on the cost paid at the time of sale. Replace/Repair/Refund is at Fiber Savvy's sole discretion.
RMA's will not be issued for items that have been improperly installed, abused, or mishandled. Authorized returns for refund or credit for non-defective items are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, again at Fiber Savvy’s sole discretion.
To apply for a return authorization number, please fill out and fax to Fiber Savvy the online RMA Form provided on our website. (RMA numbers are valid for 7 days after issuance). Items not received by Fiber Savvy within the 7 day RMA window may be denied a refund or credit. Replacements are shipped promptly UPS Ground Standard Service back to the purchaser upon receipt and testing of defective merchandise.
