Description
Steel Wire Snakehead Fish Tape for Electrical Conduits
A fish tape is a tool used by electricians to move wiring through the walls and electrical conduits. Our sneakhead fish tape is unquestionably your superior wire pulling tool. Fish tapes are generally stored coiled and because of this, they have a natural curvature. The curvature allows them to be guided by manipulating the tape, and the end can be directed slightly and pushed in the direction it is pointing. Our multi-direction, no kink flexibility and round shape fish tape makes it easy to handle and store.
Product Quality
Our snakehead fish tape is made with a central core of steel wires. It features double sheathed with protective steel that will not unravel in the unlikely event of breakage. A protective coat of brass plating minimizes corrosion. The tip size is only 7/8" long, and 1/4" in diameter. This makes it possible to work around kinks, 90 degree bends, and jobs where existing wires make pulling difficult. The silver brazing makes the fish tape extremely strong and can support up to 500 lb. weight.
Applications
The fish tape can easily be guided through an empty wall cavity, thermal insulation, firestops, pipes, HVAC ducts, electrical conduits, and other obstructions. Our fish tape glides by obstacles that would be impossible for ordinary fish tape.
