Dual-Head Cable Slitting Pliers, for Ribbon Fiber and Strength Member Access
The CSP-RPXSM combines two precision-engineered blade blocks into a single double-head tool, providing a complete solution for RPX® gel-free ribbon cables, including both Dielectric and Toneable models. This design allows technicians to safely and efficiently expose internal ribbon fiber, strength membrane and toner wire.

- CSP-RPXB precisely slits the Polyethylene (PE) outer jacket exposing the internal fibbon fibers for mid-span or end access without damage.
- CSP-RPXMB slits jacket of the strength member and toner wire for easy anchoring capabilities.
- Blades are fixed to prevent accidental fiber damage and require no adjustment.
- Each blade is secured with set screws for fast, tool-free replacement.
- Blade blocks are secured with Phillips-head machine screws, providing a secure fit while allowing easy removal, replacement, or swapping of blocks.
